After many years of research and development, the Nano Carbon Production System that produces Fullerene C has been developed.

Organic materials are formed in the natural world and Nano Carbon is one of the creations by human wisdom and ingenuity. It is biodegradable in the soil, detoxifies and then returns to nature. This builds an economical recycling oriented society. We will devote ourselves entirely to the project with confidence that we can contribute to human society.

The Fullerene C is a new carbon material and this super activated carbon has unrivaled high performance. As described below, this super activated carbon has a usefulness and variety of uses. Among them, this is the most suitable as an electrode material to manufacture storage batteries (capacitors) or various special batteries.

This new material has a large surface area and the state of the surface is organized and good in place. Therefore our new material is maintaining a high quality and a high performance carbon.

We have succeeded in materializing high performance, being able to increase the reaction rate by 50 times through putting the surface in order, organizing the surface. Super activated carbon technology is preserved not as a patent but as a know-how (intellectual property right). Production cost of Fullerene powder will be lower than competitors.

3. Battery Application of Fullerene C

This Fullerene C constitutes the main material of storage batteries (capacitors) and does not require a rare earth element, which is one of the materials for the current lithium-ion batteries. The Fullerene C is an environmentally-friendly material that returns to nature (biodegradable), and we know for sure that this project will develop with a significant increase in demand in accordance with the diffusion of electric vehicles.

Current storage batteries store electric charges by causing an electrochemical reaction. However, Nano Carbon storage batteries physically absorb only ions on the surface of activated carbon without chemical reactions. Therefore, it has enabled them to reduce deterioration, charge and discharge high current and recharged in a short time. As described above, this Fullerene C can provide unrivaled high quality and high performance materials for utility and efficacy other than storage batteries.
